About Tammy Harris

Tammy decided to change careers in 2017 when she discovered the Orton-Gillingham Approach (OG) and has never looked back. As a committed teacher, who finds helping children deeply rewarding, she runs a busy tutoring practice. 

Tammy is  a Master Orton-Gillingham Teacher-trainer for Claremont Educational Services (CES) Part 1 and Part 2 courses, where she instructs her colleagues and mentors their delivery of this powerful pedagogy.  

Reading is an integral part of everyday life, and in order to succeed at school, students need to be fluent readers. Tammy is committed to helping students improve reading proficiency through the impactful Great Word House curriculum.
